What is the Care Pack?
The Care Pack is a personalised subscription of nutrients, delivered to your door every four weeks.
How do I get started?
Simply head to carepack.health2000.co.nz and take one of the questionnaires, or build your own pack.
How long does a Care Pack last?
Each Care Pack lasts four weeks (28 days).
What happens when I finish my first Care Pack?
Before you finish your first Care Pack, your next one will arrive (so you won’t go a day without!)
How do you calculate pricing?
Pricing is based per pill and dosage over a four-week period. Each product will have its own price (you can see them on the main product page).
How long am I subscribed for?
Good health isn’t a short-term thing – we want you to be healthy for life. So, you are subscribed to your Care Pack for as long as you like – until you cancel!
How can I cancel?
You can cancel online at any time by logging into your account page and clicking on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab. Any feedback you can give us about why you’re leaving would be very much appreciated.
Please note if your latest order is already processing the cancellation will only take effect for the following delivery.
Can I pause or delay my subscription?
You can pause online at any time by logging into your account page and clicking on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab.
What happens to my information once I submit the questionnaire?
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee Care Pack arrival times due to custom restrictions / delivery delays. You may need to pay customs charges if applicable in your country. Shipping Rates will be different to New Zealand domestic customers.
How long will it take to get my Care Pack?
For New Zealand Customers your first order will take no more than 8 days to arrive. This is to allow processing time, quality checks and weekend / public holidays. After this, your next Care Pack will arrive before your current Care Pack runs out – so you’ll never miss a day of better health.
How much does shipping cost?
Care Packs over $75 are entitled to free shipping New Zealand wide. For Care Packs under $75, a shipping fee of $5 applies. International freight is calculated depending on country of destination.
Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your delivery is en-route you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Some international freight carriers may not be able to provide a full tracked service door to door.
Do I have to take the questionnaire to get a Care Pack?
You can either take one of our six questionnaires or simply build your own pack if you know what you need.
Can I try a Care Pack for just one month?
Absolutely. You can cancel or pause online at any time by logging into your account page and clicking on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab. You can re-activate your order later or create a new one.
Can I change the items in my pack for my next order?
Of course. Either pop us an email, or re-do the questionnaire. Please note, any changes will need to be made three working days before your order processing date.
Can I have more than one subscription in my account?
Unfortunately, only one subscription per account can be active at any one time. We encourage each Care Pack community member to have their own account.
When will I be billed?
You’ll be billed on the same day of the week, every four weeks. You can see this date in your online account.
How do I update my billing information?
Absolutely. Just head to My Account > Payment Method and the card you enter there will be the one we charge your deliveries to.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit or EFTPOS cards.
How do I return my Care Pack if there’s a problem?
We accept returns for any damaged or incorrect Care Packs. Simply pop us an email or give us a call to notify us of the problem, and we’ll send a courier bag for you to return your Care Pack to us. We will speak to you about the different options available for replacing this Care Pack.
When should I take my vitamins?
You should take your vitamins with or just before food, either in the morning or the evening. Your Care Pack sachets will have a sun icon or a moon icon on, showing you which time of day you should be taking the supplements.
Do you have products that are suitable for vegetarians / vegans?
We have many products that are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Simply check the product page, where you’ll see badges indicating whether a supplement is: “V” (vegetarian), “VG” (vegan), “GF” (gluten free), “NON-GMO”.
What happens if I have an allergy?
You can scroll down any of our product’s pages to a section at the bottom where you can see the ingredients and other information about our products. Still concerned? No worries! Get in contact and we’d be happy to chat.
Are your packs eco-friendly?
Yes, your Care Pack box can be disposed of via your home recycling bin, and your sachet packs can be recycled through the new Soft Plastic Recycling Scheme. You can find locations nationwide here.
Our primary concern is packaging that’ll keep your supplements protected from the outside world, safe and in the best condition for consumption.
Our sachets are currently made out of PET plastic; however, we are currently working towards a more biodegradable alternative and hope to have news of this in the months to come.
